Abstract

In view of the stress calculation method of the ring-stiffened sandwich cylindrical shell, firstly the longitudinal force distribution model of the inner and outer shell plates is proposed, and a relatively complete stress calculation method is established,the stress calculation results are consistent with the finite element results. Then, based on the 10% error (the deviation between the analytical stress value and the finite element value), the applicable conditions of the stress calculation method are initially proposed. At the same time, the influence law of design parameters on the stress at the key positions of the ring-stiffened sandwich cylindrical shell is fully obtained, which can provide a theoretical basis for the design of the new pressure-resistant structure with deeper diving depth.
